The Foundation Report

For women between 38 and 55 who have tried magnesium, collagen, and colostrum and still wake up at 3 a.m. wondering what is wrong with them.

It Is Not Aging.
It Is Drainage.

Why your sleep, your gut, and your body keep getting worse no matter what supplement you try, and the three-drain reset, built around the published research, that finally puts the system back together.

June 20, 20264 min read

or see all four tiers

You wake up at 2:47 a.m. Again. Your bedroom is dark. The house is quiet. Your body is exhausted, but your mind is not. You lie there for an hour. Maybe two. You finally drift off around 4:30, and when the alarm goes at 6:15, you feel like you have been hit by a truck.

This is the part nobody told you when you started taking magnesium. Or collagen. Or the colostrum you ordered after watching a TikTok last month. Or the greens powder. Or the third multivitamin in eighteen months.

You did everything right. You cleaned up your eating. You walked more. You drank more water. You spent more money on supplements than you want to admit, and somewhere between $80 and $200 a month, you started to wonder if any of it was actually doing anything.

It is not your imagination. It is not in your head. And it is not aging.

It is drainage.

A 42-year-old woman put it like this in a thread on r/Menopause last month: "I'm so angry." She was not being dramatic. She was being accurate. Because for a long time, women like her have been told this is just what getting older looks like. That it is just hormones. Just stress. Just the inevitable cost of being a woman in her 40s.

It is none of those things. It is something else entirely. And once you see it, you cannot unsee it.

Section 02

You see it in the mirror first.

The puffiness around your eyes that was not there a year ago. The skin on your cheeks looking less alive. The hair that used to feel thick and now feels thinner at the temples. The face that you sometimes do not recognize. Then you get dressed and there is a moment, sliding jeans up your hips, when you wonder if your body has changed shape overnight.

You go downstairs. You drink water. You take your magnesium. You take your collagen scoop, the third or fourth brand you have tried this year. You eat what you have always eaten for breakfast and within an hour your stomach is bloated. Not painful. Just there. Tight. Distended. The kind of bloating that, as one woman wrote on a Reddit thread last month, makes you "look pretty much pregnant after eating anything."

You go to work. You drink coffee. You manage. By 2 p.m., your energy is gone. Not tired-tired. The other kind. The kind where your brain is foggy and your body is heavy and you cannot explain it because you slept (badly) and you ate (well) and you have done all the things the wellness creators on Instagram said to do.

You go home. You try not to snap at your family. Some nights you do anyway. You feel guilty about it. You promise yourself tomorrow will be different.

You go to bed. You feel exhausted. You fall asleep fast. And then, at 2 a.m., or 3 a.m., or 4:13 a.m., you are wide awake. Your heart rate is up. Your mind is racing. Your body is too hot or too cold. You stare at the ceiling.

This has been happening for three months. Or six months. Or two years.

You went to your doctor. You told her about the sleep, the bloating, the foggy afternoons, the joint stiffness, the way your face looks. She ran labs. The labs came back fine. She told you that you are too young for what you are describing. Maybe you should try meditating.

A woman on r/Perimenopause put it the same week: "I literally can't take it." She was 44.

This is the part where most articles tell you to be patient with your body. Or to journal more. Or to do another round of cortisol-supportive yoga.

We are not going to do that.

Here is the part nobody told you.

The 3 a.m. wake-ups. The puffy mornings. The bloating after meals. The dry skin and thinning hair. The afternoon brain fog. The joints that ache when you stand up. The exhaustion that does not match the work you are doing.

These are not separate problems.
They are one problem, showing up in three places at once.

Section 03

It is not aging.
It is drainage.

Here is what I mean by that.

Think about your body the way a farmer thinks about soil. You can plant whatever seeds you want. You can follow whatever protocol you want. You can take whatever supplement you want. But if the soil itself has been depleted of what it needs, nothing grows. The plants come up thin. The harvest gets smaller every year. And eventually, you start to wonder if it is the soil's fault, or yours.

Modern life has been depleting your body's soil for decades. Not all at once. Slowly. Quietly. In three specific ways.

We call them the Triple Drain.

Drain 01

Mineral

Remaining42%

Mineral baseline depleted by modern food & modern stress.

Drain 02

Gut Barrier

Remaining50%

One cell layer thick. Modern eating thins it daily.

Drain 03

Connective Tissue

Remaining35%

Building blocks modern kitchens stopped delivering.

Drain 01

Mineral Loss

30.5%
U.S. adults sleeping less than 7 hours per night (CDC, 2024)

This one is documented.

In 1999, a researcher named Donald Davis and his colleagues published a study comparing the nutrient density of 43 garden crops grown in 1950 to the same crops grown in 1999. What they found was not subtle. Most of the crops had measurably less of certain key minerals than they had fifty years earlier. Magnesium was one of them.

The reason is partly soil farming, partly breeding crops for yield instead of nutrient density, partly the convenience-food revolution that processed away most of what was left. The end result is that the modern American diet is delivering less magnesium per bite of food than the same diet would have delivered when your grandmother was your age.

That alone would not be a crisis. But layer on top of it the way modern life burns through the magnesium you do consume. Chronic stress. Caffeine. Alcohol. Poor sleep. Exercise without recovery. Each one of those things uses up magnesium faster than your diet can replace it.

The result, in plain terms, is a quiet, chronic, growing magnesium deficit that most people walk around with for years without ever knowing.

What that deficit looks like inside your body is not abstract. The Centers for Disease Control reported in 2024 that 30.5 percent of American adults sleep less than seven hours a night, and 12.8 percent are taking sleep aids most days or every day. It looks like the 3 a.m. wake-ups. The anxiety that has no specific cause. The muscle tension you cannot stretch out. The constipation. The constant, low-grade, tired-and-wired hum that you have started to assume is just what life feels like now.

"I don't sleep anymore."Reddit, r/Perimenopause

This is the first drain. Your mineral baseline. Modern food and modern life took it down without asking.

Drain 02

Gut Barrier

12%
U.S. adults meeting criteria for IBS (NIDDK)

The lining of your gut is not a metaphor. It is a real, living tissue, one cell layer thick in many places, held together by tight junctions that determine what passes through into your bloodstream and what does not.

That tissue is supposed to be reinforced daily. By immunoglobulins. By growth factors. By the nutrients that older, traditional diets used to deliver in larger amounts than modern diets do.

It is also supposed to be protected daily. From ultra-processed foods, alcohol, antibiotics, artificial sweeteners, chronic stress, and the daily wear of modern eating patterns.

In modern life, the input has shrunk and the wear has grown. The result, again documented, is that gut complaints are no longer rare. The National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases estimates that about 12 percent of US adults have IBS. The broader numbers around bloating, food sensitivity, brain fog, and immune fragility are far higher than that.

This is what the second drain looks like in real life. The bloating after meals that did not used to bloat you. The food sensitivities that did not exist five years ago. The brain fog that lifts when you travel and comes back the moment you eat at home. The immune system that picks up every cold the kids bring home, even though it never used to.

"I look pretty much pregnant after eating anything."Reddit, r/ibs

This is the second drain. The wall between your gut and your bloodstream. Modern eating thinned it. Modern stress is what is finishing the job.

Drain 03

Connective Tissue

~1%
collagen lost per year after age 30

Most of your body is held together by collagen.

Skin. Hair. Nails. Joints. Tendons. The lining of your gut. The walls of your blood vessels. Connective tissue is what keeps the structure standing.

Your body makes its own collagen. But it makes less of it as the decades pass, and the building blocks for the collagen it does make have to come from somewhere.

For most of human history, those building blocks came from food. Specifically from the parts of the animal that modern eating has stopped using. Bone broth. Slow-simmered stocks. Aspic and meat jellies. Trotters. Tendons. Skin. Cartilage. The slow, nose-to-tail kitchen that was normal for our great-grandmothers and is almost nonexistent today.

Modern eating swapped all of that out for boneless, skinless, fast-cooked muscle meat. Lean proteins. Quick meals. Convenience food. We did not lose collagen as a nutrient. We lost the kitchen culture that delivered it.

By 35 or 40, that loss starts to show. The skin that used to bounce back stops bouncing back. The hair that used to feel thick gets thinner at the temples. The nails that grew fast now break before they reach the end of the cuticle. The knee that you only noticed after a long run starts to hurt walking up stairs. Recovery from a workout that used to take a day takes three.

"I'm not ready to be decrepit."Reddit, r/Menopause

This is the third drain. The connective tissue your modern diet stopped feeding.

Three drains. One pattern.

The mineral baseline modern food strips out and modern stress burns through. The gut barrier modern eating wears down faster than your body can repair it. The connective tissue modern kitchens stopped feeding decades ago.

This is what is happening inside your body. Not because you did anything wrong. Not because you are aging. Because you are living in 2026, eating food grown in 2026 soil, operating under 2026 stress loads, while your body was built to run on something else entirely.

It is not three problems. It is one drainage pattern, showing up in three places at once.

And no single supplement, no matter how premium it is, no matter how clinically backed it claims to be, can refill all three drains at once.

Which is exactly why nothing you have tried so far has stuck.

Section 04 · The Geometry

It Was Not You. It Was The Geometry.

You have tried things.

Not nothing. A lot of things, actually. If you took a quiet inventory of the supplements that have been in your bathroom drawer over the last three years, you would probably find:

A bottle of magnesium that gave you stomach problems and ended up in the back of the cabinet.

At least one collagen tub, half empty, mixed into your coffee for two weeks before you stopped because you "could not tell if it was doing anything."

A greens powder that promised the world and tasted like grass.

A multivitamin that you took for ninety days and quit when the bottle ran out.

Maybe a colostrum tub from a creator on TikTok, ordered late at night, abandoned by the third week.

A protocol from a primary care doctor who told you it was probably just stress.

A protocol from a functional medicine practitioner who charged you $400 and gave you eight different bottles, half of which made you nauseous.

If you are honest, you have spent something between $500 and $2,000 on these experiments over the last two years.

And the result, the one that actually matters, is that you are still waking up at 3 a.m. Still bloating after meals. Still looking in the mirror and wondering when your face changed.

You have probably said to yourself, in the privacy of your own thoughts, some version of: "Nothing works for me. Maybe I'm just one of those people supplements don't work on."

I want to tell you, plainly, that what you said to yourself is not true.

The reason none of those products held is not that you are broken, immune to placebo, or built differently. The reason is structural.

Each leg of the stool is one of the three drains we just walked through. The mineral foundation. The gut barrier. The connective tissue.

When all three legs are intact, you sit comfortably. When one leg gets weak, the stool starts to wobble. When two legs are weak, the stool tilts and barely holds. When all three are draining at once, which is what is happening to most women between 38 and 55 right now, the stool is mostly being held up by willpower.

Now think about what every single supplement you have ever bought was doing.

The magnesium was reinforcing one leg.

The collagen was reinforcing one leg.

The greens powder, the colostrum tub, the multivitamin, each one was reinforcing one leg, while the other two kept failing.

You can replace the cushion on top of the stool as many times as you want. You can buy a more expensive cushion. You can buy a prettier cushion. You can listen to the wellness creator who told you that the perfect cushion will fix everything.

If the legs are still weak, the stool is still going to wobble.

That is what every disappointment, every "could be placebo," every "I'm not sure this is doing anything," every "maybe I'm just one of those people," has been telling you.

It was never about whether the support was real. It was about whether you were supporting all three legs at the same time.

A woman in a microbiome thread last year wrote: "I feel like I'm ingesting placebo powder." Another, in a supplements thread, wrote: "I am not a big pharma fan but no supplements I tried seemed to help all that much." A third wrote, simply: "could be placebo."

They were not wrong about how it felt. They were wrong about why it felt that way.

Single supplements, taken alone, against three drains running at the same time, will always feel like that. They are not powerful enough to overcome the pattern. Not because they are bad products. Not because the buyer is broken. Because the math does not work.

It was not the idea of support that failed. It was the geometry of the approach.

Once you understand that, the question stops being "what supplement should I try next." The question becomes "what does it look like to refill all three drains at once."

That is what we built Evolution Supplements to answer.

Introducing

This Is The Foundation Stack.

Three premium supplements, chosen for the three drains, designed to be taken together as one coherent daily ritual.

All three supplements staged with the Custom Foundation Shaker.

Three ingredients. Three drains. One simple morning routine that takes about 60 seconds.

We want to be specific about what this is and what it is not, because the wellness category is full of products that overlap in confusing ways.

Not a multivitamin

The Foundation Stack is not a multivitamin. Multivitamins spread small doses of many things across the whole body. The Foundation Stack delivers focused, therapeutic-level support to the three specific systems modern life is depleting at the same time.*

Not a wellness shelf

The Foundation Stack is not another all-in-one greens powder. We respect what AG1 and Bloom Nutrition do, but they are doing a different thing. A greens powder is one product trying to be everything at once. The Foundation Stack is three specific products, each one engineered for one specific drain.

Not a TikTok trend

The Foundation Stack is not another collagen tub. The collagen in the stack is one of three components, not the whole thing. If all you needed was collagen, your skin and joints would have already changed when you tried the last collagen tub. They did not, because collagen alone does not fix a mineral drain or a gut barrier drain.

Here is what each piece is doing.

Why Magnesium Glycinate. And Why Not The Cheap Forms You Have Tried Before.

Elemental dose275 mg per serving
FormPure chelated magnesium glycinate

If you have ever taken magnesium and felt nothing, the problem was almost certainly one of two things. The form. Or the dose. Often both.

Most people do not know there are seven common forms of magnesium on the supplement market. Magnesium oxide. Magnesium citrate. Magnesium chloride. Magnesium sulfate. Magnesium aspartate. Magnesium taurate. And magnesium glycinate. They look identical on a shelf. They cost wildly different amounts. And they do completely different things in your body.

The cheap forms, oxide and citrate especially, dominate the supplement aisle because they are inexpensive to manufacture. They are also the forms most likely to give you GI problems before they give you any of the benefits you bought them for. If you have ever taken a magnesium that left you running to the bathroom, or feeling nauseous, or made you stop because the side effects were worse than the symptoms you were trying to fix, you were almost certainly taking oxide or citrate.

Magnesium glycinate is different. It is the chelated form, which means the magnesium molecule is bound to the amino acid glycine. That bond does two things at once. It makes the magnesium far more bioavailable, meaning more of it actually gets absorbed into your bloodstream where you can use it. And it makes the magnesium gentle on the digestive tract, because glycine itself is calming.

This is the form practitioners have recommended for years, long before Evolution Supplements existed. Not because it is trendy. Because the research and the clinical experience both pointed to the same conclusion. If you want the calming, sleep-supporting, recovery-supporting effects of magnesium without the GI cost, glycinate is the form.*

Why The Modern Body Is Running A Quiet Mineral Deficit

The National Institutes of Health describes magnesium as a cofactor in more than 300 enzyme systems in the body. It is involved in muscle function, nervous system regulation, blood pressure regulation, blood glucose management, protein synthesis, and energy production. It is required in some way for almost every chemical reaction your body performs.*

National survey data has consistently shown that a significant percentage of American adults consume less magnesium than the recommended daily intake from food alone. Add to that the way modern life burns through what little you do consume. Chronic stress depletes magnesium. Caffeine depletes magnesium. Alcohol depletes magnesium. Poor sleep depletes magnesium. Exercise depletes magnesium. Even the diuretic effect of coffee, which most American adults drink daily, depletes magnesium.

The Centers for Disease Control reported in 2024 that 30.5 percent of American adults sleep less than seven hours a night, and 12.8 percent are taking sleep aids most days or every day. Those numbers are not separate from the magnesium story. They are part of it.

You are not imagining the 3 a.m. wake-ups. You are not imagining the muscle tension that does not stretch out. You are not imagining the anxiety that has no specific cause. You are operating on a chronic, slow-burning mineral deficit that the modern American food and lifestyle pattern is constantly reinforcing.

What Is Actually In The Bottle

The Evolution Supplements Magnesium Glycinate Capsules deliver 275mg of elemental magnesium per serving, sourced from approximately 2,500mg of high-absorption magnesium glycinate.

That is the dose. Not a token sprinkle of 50mg or 100mg, which is what most over-the-counter blends are loaded with. The dose the research suggests is meaningful for adults running a chronic deficit.*

The format is three capsules per serving, ninety capsules per bottle, thirty servings per bottle. Hypromellose vegetarian capsules. No fillers, no buffering agents, no shortcuts. Manufactured in the United States.

You take all three capsules in the evening with water, designed to support your transition into sleep.* Some women take one in the late afternoon and two at night. Some take all three at once. The protocol is flexible because the magnesium delivers its support over hours, not minutes.

What The First 30 Days Tend To Look Like

Many women who switch from cheap-form magnesium to chelated glycinate notice a difference inside a week. Not a dramatic transformation. A quieter one. Falling asleep slightly faster. Sleeping a little deeper. Waking up at 4 a.m. instead of 2 a.m., then waking up at 6 a.m. instead of 4. The 3 a.m. wake-ups soften.

Beyond sleep, the muscle tension you have been stretching out for years starts to loosen on its own. Constipation that you assumed was permanent eases. The tired-and-wired afternoon hum quiets down.

This is what a chronic mineral deficit looks like when it starts to fill back in. It is not loud. It is the absence of things you stopped noticing because they had become normal.

Most people who think magnesium did not work for them were taking the wrong form, the wrong dose, or both. The Evolution Supplements Magnesium Glycinate is that version. The form that absorbs. The dose that matters. Designed to refill the first drain modern life keeps depleting.*

The Forgotten First Milk That Athletes And The Military Studied For Decades Before TikTok Discovered It.

Colostrum has had a strange journey through the wellness world.

In sports medicine and military research, it has been studied for decades. The reason is simple. Colostrum is the first milk produced by mammals immediately after birth, and it is unlike any other milk. It is dense with immunoglobulins, growth factors, lactoferrin, and protective compounds the newborn needs to survive the first days outside the womb. For decades, researchers studying gut barrier integrity, immune resilience, and recovery under physical stress have looked at colostrum supplementation as a credible support intervention.

Then in 2023, colostrum showed up on TikTok and became wellness creator merchandise. Suddenly there were dozens of brands selling it, most of them sourcing from the cheapest available supply chains, most of them processed at temperatures that destroy the bioactive compounds, most of them charging premium prices for products that were not actually delivering what the label suggested.

We want to be specific about why colostrum belongs in the Foundation Stack and why most colostrum on the market is not what it claims to be.

What Colostrum Actually Is

When a cow gives birth, the first 48 hours of milk she produces is colostrum. It is biologically distinct from regular milk. It is rich in immunoglobulins (specifically IgG, IgA, and IgM), growth factors, lactoferrin, and other bioactive compounds that the calf's developing immune system and gut barrier use to survive the first days of life.

In adult humans, those same compounds support the same systems. Immunoglobulins help reinforce the gut barrier. Growth factors support tissue repair. Lactoferrin supports immune resilience.* This is not a new discovery. The research has been published in peer-reviewed journals for years, including studies on gut permeability under intense physical stress and on immune defense in athletes during heavy training periods.

University and military research has explored colostrum supplementation for soldiers operating in heat-stress conditions, where gut barrier integrity becomes a serious operational issue, not a wellness curiosity. Athletes have been using it for similar reasons for years.

In other words, colostrum is not a TikTok ingredient. It is a long-standing research-backed input that recently got marketed badly.

Why Most Colostrum Is Not What It Claims

The supplement industry has a documented quality problem with colostrum. Two issues matter.

First, sourcing. Colostrum can be collected ethically (from grass-fed pasture-raised cattle, after the calf has nursed) or unethically (from confined feedlot cattle on antibiotics, hormones, and grain, sometimes before the calf has nursed). The supply chain matters. Colostrum from confined feedlot cattle is structurally different from colostrum from grass-fed pasture-raised cattle.

Second, processing. The bioactive compounds in colostrum, especially the immunoglobulins, are heat-sensitive. High-temperature pasteurization or aggressive spray-drying destroys most of them. The ingredient sounds like colostrum on the label and looks like colostrum in the tub, but is functionally a different product than what the research describes.

This is part of why your previous colostrum experiment, the one you tried after seeing it on TikTok, did not give you the result the creator promised.

What Is Actually In The Bottle

The Evolution Supplements Colostrum Powder is sourced from US grass-fed, pasture-raised cattle. Hormone-free. Antibiotic-free. Glyphosate-free. Processing is gentle enough to preserve the bioactive compounds the research depends on.

Each scoop delivers 2.3g of colostrum and 575mg of immunoglobulins. Thirty servings per container. Easy-mix unflavored powder, designed to mix into coffee, tea, water, smoothies, or whatever your morning drink already is.

Despite being a dairy-derived product, real bovine colostrum is generally well tolerated by adults who are sensitive to lactose, because the lactose content of colostrum is significantly lower than regular milk. Most lactose-sensitive customers tolerate it without issue. We always recommend checking with your physician if you have a specific dairy allergy or any concern.*

Why It Matters For The Second Drain

The second drain in the Triple Drain framework is the gut barrier. The National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases estimates that about 12 percent of US adults have IBS. The broader numbers around bloating, food sensitivity, brain fog, and immune fragility are higher than that.

The gut barrier is one cell layer thick in many places, held together by tight junctions. Modern processed food, alcohol, antibiotics, chronic stress, and sleep loss thin that wall faster than your body can repair it. The immunoglobulins and growth factors in real colostrum are exactly the kind of bioactive support the gut barrier uses to repair and reinforce itself.* This is what makes colostrum a credible component of any system designed to address the second drain.

What The First 30 Days Tend To Look Like

The colostrum effect is usually quieter than the magnesium effect, and slower. Most women notice the change in two ways. The bloating that has been happening after meals starts happening less often, then less intensely. And the foggy "I do not feel quite right" feeling that follows certain foods becomes less frequent.

By day 30, the women who stick with the protocol describe their gut as "less reactive" or "more predictable." That is what gut barrier support feels like in real life. It is not a dramatic event. It is the gradual return of digestive normalcy.

"no gas compared to before."Reddit, r/Microbiome

This is not a TikTok wellness trend. This is a research-backed ingredient with a clear mechanism, sourced and processed in a way most of the colostrum on the market is not. Designed to support the second drain modern life keeps wearing down.*

If collagen has been in the human diet since humans started cooking food, why is collagen supplementation a multi-billion-dollar industry now?

The answer is not that collagen is new. The answer is that we stopped eating it.

For most of human history, collagen-rich foods were not a specialty item. They were dinner. Bone broth. Slow-simmered stocks. Aspic and meat jellies. Trotters. Tendons. Skin. Cartilage. The slow, low-and-low-temperature, nose-to-tail kitchen that was completely normal in our great-grandparents' time.

Look at any cuisine more than 80 years old and you find the same pattern.

Every culture had a way of using the parts of the animal that contained the most connective tissue, because the parts of the animal that contained the most connective tissue were the cheapest, the most filling, and (it turns out) some of the most structurally beneficial parts to consume.

Then convenience food happened. Boneless, skinless chicken breast. Lean trim cuts of beef. Quick-cook proteins. The slow, low-temperature kitchen that delivered collagen as food faded out of daily life. We did not lose collagen as a nutrient. We lost the kitchen culture that delivered it.

By 35 or 40, the deficit shows.

This is the third drain. The connective tissue your modern diet stopped feeding.

Why Hydrolyzed Peptides

Collagen, in its raw form, is a large protein. Your body cannot absorb it as a whole. To use it, your body has to break it down into smaller peptides and amino acids during digestion.

Hydrolyzed collagen peptides are pre-broken-down. The hydrolysis process splits the long collagen chains into much shorter peptides that the body can absorb directly through the gut wall. The result is a form of collagen that arrives in your bloodstream as usable building blocks instead of having to be processed first.

Multiple peer-reviewed clinical trials over the last decade have studied hydrolyzed collagen peptide supplementation in adults, looking at outcomes in skin elasticity, joint comfort, hair quality, and connective tissue support.* The dose ranges in the published studies vary, but the pattern is consistent. Hydrolyzed peptides at adequate daily doses tend to support measurable changes in the systems collagen builds.

Why Grass-Fed Bovine Hide

The collagen on the supplement market comes from a few sources. Marine collagen, made from fish skin and bones. Chicken cartilage collagen. And bovine collagen, made from cow hide or bones.

Bovine hide is the most common, and for good reason. The amino acid profile of bovine collagen, especially the Type I and Type III peptides extracted from hide, closely matches the connective tissue profile in human skin, hair, nails, and joints.

Grass-fed sourcing matters because the source animal's diet shapes the quality of the collagen extracted. Grass-fed pasture-raised cattle produce collagen with a cleaner amino acid profile and fewer of the unwanted contaminants that can show up in commodity-grade supply chains.

What Is Actually In The Bottle

The Evolution Supplements Hydrolyzed Collagen Peptides are Type I and Type III, sourced from grass-fed bovine hide. 20g per scoop, the dose range the clinical research uses. Unflavored. Mixes cleanly into coffee, tea, water, smoothies, or whatever you are already drinking.

Gluten-free. Lactose-free. Corn-free.

The Rest Day Rhythm

The bottle contains 14 servings, and the Foundation Stack ships you two bottles per cycle, for a total of 28 servings.

We recommend taking it five to six days per week, not seven. Connective tissue support tends to benefit from rhythm rather than constant dosing, both because the body needs cycles of stimulation and recovery and because most women who take collagen daily for months report no additional benefit over those who take it five to six days per week.

Take it Monday through Friday. Take the weekend off. The 28 servings stretch comfortably across the 30-day cycle of the magnesium and colostrum.

We call it the rest day rhythm. It is built into the protocol on purpose.

What The First 30 To 60 Days Tend To Look Like

Collagen is the slowest of the three ingredients to show its work, and the slowest to fade if you stop. The first changes most women notice are in the nails (faster growth, fewer breaks before they reach the cuticle) and in the gut, because hydrolyzed collagen peptides also support the gut lining, which is itself a connective tissue.

Skin and hair changes typically follow over 60 to 90 days. Joint comfort can shift earlier or later depending on starting state. The 90-day guarantee is calibrated to this timeline because connective tissue support is a slower, structural change. It is not a sleep aid that you feel the next morning. It is a foundation refill that shows up over weeks.

"my joints definitely feel better."Reddit, r/Supplements
"my skin look bouncy and youthful."Reddit, r/30PlusSkinCare

Modern eating stopped feeding your connective tissue decades ago. The Evolution Supplements Hydrolyzed Collagen Peptides put it back, in the form your body can absorb directly, in the dose the research supports, in the rhythm your body actually responds to. Designed to refill the third drain modern life keeps depleting.*

The Ritual Tools

The Three Tools That Turn The Foundation Stack Into A Habit You Cannot Skip.

Here is what most supplement brands will not tell you about their own products.

The supplements work. The reason most customers stop seeing results is not that the supplements stopped working. It is that they stopped taking them. Compliance is the silent killer of every wellness routine.

Most brands address this with a paper insert and a hopeful email reminder. We took a different approach.

The Total Foundation System ships with three physical tools designed to make compliance automatic, the daily ritual repeatable, and the change visible. Each one was chosen for one specific reason.

These are not bonuses to make the offer look bigger. They are the difference between a supplement system that works and a supplement system you forget about by week two.

Tool 01

The Custom Foundation Shaker Bottle

The shaker is the daily ritual cement.

Habits do not form in the abstract. They form when there is a physical trigger that signals "do the thing now." For most successful daily wellness routines, the trigger is a piece of equipment. A coffee cup signals coffee. A yoga mat signals movement. A water bottle signals hydration.

The Custom Foundation Shaker Bottle is the trigger that signals the Foundation Stack. Every morning, you fill it. You scoop in your colostrum. You scoop in your collagen. You add coffee, tea, water, almond milk, or whatever your morning drink already is. You shake. You drink.

That is your morning ritual. It takes about 60 seconds. It happens at the same time every day, in the same physical container. Within ten days, your hand is reaching for the bottle before your brain has decided to do it. That is what habit formation actually looks like.

The bottle itself is 600ml, BPA-free, branded with the Evolution logo, and includes a stainless mixing ball that breaks up scoops cleanly. We designed it to be the only shaker you actually want to leave on your counter.

600ml · BPA-free · Branded · Mixing ball included

Tool 02

The Digital Kitchen Scale

The scale is the precision daily ritual tool.

When most women take supplement powders, they eyeball the scoop. They tap the side of the tub. They guess. The result is a scoop that contains anywhere between 60 and 140 percent of the labeled dose, depending on how packed the powder is, how the bottle has settled, and how heavy your hand is on a given morning.

For a wellness ritual you want to actually work, that variance is a problem. You cannot tell whether the protocol is delivering until you know the protocol is being followed. Eyeballed scoops break that loop.

The Evolution Supplements Digital Kitchen Scale solves it. 1g accuracy. 5000g maximum capacity. Multi-unit display in grams, ounces, pounds, and milliliters. Stainless steel platform. Premium brushed-metal finish.

You weigh your colostrum. You weigh your collagen. You learn within a week what 2.3g and 20g actually look like, and the scale becomes optional. But for the first 30 to 60 days, while the habit is forming, the scale is the difference between a precise ritual and a vague one.

It is also a tool for the parts of your life beyond supplements. Macro tracking. Portion control. Meal prep precision. Baking. Coffee dosing. The same scale that measures your colostrum scoop measures your sourdough flour and your post-workout protein.

We chose a kitchen scale instead of a body composition scale on purpose. Body composition scales become anxiety machines for women in this age range. A precision kitchen tool stays useful for years.

The Foundation Body Temperature Watch

The watch is the strategic centerpiece of the largest tier. It is also the most counterintuitive product in the entire stack. Stay with us.

Most smartwatches give you 30 metrics you do not understand. The Apple Watch. The Oura Ring. The Whoop strap. Step counts you do not check. Heart rates you do not know how to interpret. Recovery scores that change every day with no explanation. Sleep scores that conflict with how you actually slept.

We took the opposite approach.

The Foundation Watch tracks one metric. Your body temperature.

Here is why.

Body temperature is one of the quietest, most honest signals your body sends. It shifts during your menstrual cycle, during your sleep cycles, during your recovery from training, and during hormonal transitions like perimenopause. Most of the more complicated metrics that other smartwatches sell you (stress score, sleep stage analysis, recovery score) are calculated, in part, from the same body temperature data.

The Foundation Watch shows you the signal underneath. Not the calculated derivative. The actual reading.

Track that one signal across two weeks and you start to see the patterns underneath your day. The week before your period. The afternoon after a hard meeting. The night you went to bed late. The morning after a workout. Your body has been telling you what it needed all along. The watch teaches you to listen.

The features are deliberately minimal. 21-day battery life. No app required, no charging cable to remember, no notifications to manage. A small, calm display. Black face, neutral band. Designed to disappear on your wrist instead of competing for your attention.

If you already own an Apple Watch or an Oura ring, the Foundation Watch is not a replacement. It is a complement. Wear it on the opposite wrist or only at night. The information it gives you is different from what your other tracker shows, because it is teaching you to read the temperature signal directly instead of letting an algorithm interpret it for you.

If you do not own a wearable, the Foundation Watch is the only one we would put on you for this stack. Because the goal is not more data. The goal is fewer blind spots.

Honest answers

A Few Honest Questions You Are Probably Asking.

This is the part of the page where most direct response sales pages start to soften their language. We are going to do the opposite. The questions below are the actual questions women ask us before ordering the Foundation Stack. We answer them directly, with the same specificity we have used for the rest of this page.

If you have a question that is not answered here, our customer support team is one email away.

I have tried magnesium, collagen, or colostrum before and felt nothing. What makes this different?

Three things, in order of importance.

First, the form. Most magnesium on the market is oxide or citrate, both of which have absorption and GI tolerance issues. Our magnesium is pure chelated glycinate, which absorbs better and is gentler on your digestive system. If you have ever taken magnesium and quit because it gave you stomach problems or felt like it did nothing, the form was almost certainly the problem.

Second, the dose. Most over-the-counter magnesium delivers 50 to 100mg of elemental magnesium per serving. We deliver 275mg. The dose the research uses to study real outcomes, not the token dose that lets a brand put magnesium on the label.

Third, the system. The Foundation Stack is not asking you to try magnesium alone. It is asking you to refill all three drains at the same time. Most past failures came from refilling one leg of the stool while the other two kept leaking. The Foundation Stack is the only daily ritual designed to refill all three at once.

Why three supplements? Can I just try one?

You can. The Foundation Starter tier is $89 and includes all three supplements without the ritual tools, and we will not push you off it.

But here is the structural answer. The reason single supplements have not held for you is that they only address one drain. The mineral drain. The gut barrier drain. The connective tissue drain. Each one is real, each one is independent, and each one is being depleted by modern life at the same time. Trying one ingredient against three drains is fighting a three-front war with one soldier.

If your symptom is purely sleep, you can try magnesium alone. If your symptom is purely gut, you can try colostrum alone. But the women who write to us with the Triple Drain pattern are dealing with all three simultaneously. The stack is built for that buyer.

How is this different from AG1, Bloom Nutrition, or Ritual?

We respect what those brands do. Each one is solving a different problem.

AG1 is an all-in-one greens and vitamin powder. It is one product trying to be everything at once. It is not designed around the Triple Drain framework. It does not contain therapeutic-level doses of magnesium glycinate, real bovine colostrum, or hydrolyzed collagen. It is a different product for a different purpose.

Bloom Nutrition is a flavor-forward greens powder targeted at women's wellness, especially around bloating. It is a competent product for what it is. It does not contain colostrum. It does not contain hydrolyzed collagen. It does not contain therapeutic-dose magnesium. The real comparison is not us versus Bloom Nutrition. We are doing different work.

Ritual is a clean-label, traceable single-form supplement company. They make a multivitamin, a synbiotic, a prenatal. They are a product company, not a system company. If all you need is a clean multivitamin, Ritual is fine. If you need to refill all three drains in one daily ritual, Ritual is not the structural answer.

The Foundation Stack is the only daily system on the market built specifically around the Triple Drain framework. That is the structural difference. Everything else is downstream of it.

I already own an Oura ring or a Whoop strap. Why would I want this watch?

You do not need to choose. The Foundation Watch is not designed to compete with Oura or Whoop. It tracks one metric (body temperature) and shows you the signal underneath the algorithms your other tracker is calculating from. They complement each other.

Wear the Foundation Watch on your opposite wrist, or only at night, or only when your other tracker is charging. The information it gives you is different from what your other device shows you, because it teaches you to read the temperature signal directly instead of letting an algorithm interpret it for you.

If you do not want a second wearable, the Total Foundation System is not the right tier for you. Buy the Foundation Complete tier ($119) instead, which includes the supplements, the shaker, and the kitchen scale, and skip the watch.

I do not trust influencer or social-media supplement brands.

Good. Neither do we.

We do not run influencer campaigns. We do not pay creators to promote our products. We do not have a celebrity face on the bottle. The Foundation Stack is built around the three-drain framework and the published research on each ingredient. Not a marketing brief.

If a brand has more influencer partnerships than published ingredient research, they are likely solving a different problem than yours.

Is the kitchen scale really useful, or is it bonus filler?

It is the precision daily ritual tool. The reason most supplement protocols deliver inconsistent results is that the doses are inconsistent. Eyeballed scoops are anywhere between 60 and 140 percent of the labeled dose, depending on packing, settling, and how heavy your hand is on a given morning.

The scale solves that. You weigh your colostrum scoop. You weigh your collagen scoop. Within a week you know what 2.3g and 20g actually look like, and the scale becomes optional. But for the first 30 to 60 days, the scale is the difference between a precise daily ritual and a vague one.

Beyond the supplements, the scale is also useful for portion control, macro tracking, meal prep precision, and baking. It is a tool that stays useful for years.

Why does the smartwatch only track body temperature?

Because body temperature is one of the quietest, most honest signals your body sends. It shifts during your menstrual cycle, your sleep cycles, your recovery from training, and during hormonal transitions.

Most smartwatches give you 30 metrics you do not understand. We did the opposite. The Foundation Watch tracks the one signal that correlates with how your body is actually doing, on a deliberately minimal display, with a 21-day battery, no app required, no notifications, no charging cable to remember.

The goal is not more data. The goal is fewer blind spots.

How long until I will know it is working?

Different parts of the Triple Drain respond on different timelines.

Magnesium is the fastest. Many women notice the sleep effect inside the first 7 to 14 days. Falling asleep slightly faster. Sleeping a little deeper. The 3 a.m. wake-ups soften.

Colostrum is slower. Most women notice the gut effect over 14 to 30 days. Bloating decreases. Digestion becomes more predictable.

Collagen is the slowest. Connective tissue is structural, and structural change takes weeks. Most women notice nail and gut changes over 30 to 60 days, and skin and hair changes over 60 to 90 days.

The 90-Day Foundation Guarantee is calibrated to this exact timeline. We give you 90 days because that is how long the protocol actually needs to deliver its full effect.

I am pregnant, breastfeeding, postpartum, on medications, or have a health condition. Can I take this?

Please consult your physician before starting any new supplement, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, postpartum, or taking medications. This is true for any supplement, not just ours.

A few specific notes. Bovine colostrum is a dairy-derived product and may not be appropriate for women with severe dairy allergies. Magnesium can interact with certain medications, including some blood pressure medications, antibiotics, and diuretics, so always check with your healthcare provider. Collagen is generally well-tolerated but always confirm with your physician if you have any concerns.

We do not make medical claims. We make ingredient claims. Your physician knows your specific situation. We trust her judgment more than ours on whether the Foundation Stack is right for you.

What if I want to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your customer dashboard. No email required. No phone call required. No retention scripts. No "are you sure" loops. No skip-to-the-end-of-the-month timing tricks.

Log in. Click cancel. Done.

You can also pause for a month, skip a delivery, change your tier, or change your shipping cadence from the same dashboard. We earn your subscription month by month or we do not deserve it.

What if it does not work for me?

The 90-Day Foundation Guarantee.

Take all three supplements daily for 90 days. If you do not feel a real difference in your sleep, your gut comfort, or your recovery, email us once and we refund every penny. Keep the shaker, the scale, and the watch as our gift for trying. No returns required. No questions asked.

The 90 days is not a marketing number. It is the actual length of time the Triple Drain protocol takes to deliver its full effect. We give you 90 days because that is how long the work takes. We refund you because if it has not worked by then, the protocol is not the right protocol for you and you should not be paying for it.

The close

Another Month Of Waking Up Wrecked Costs More Than This Does.

I want to do the math with you for a second.

You have spent something on this problem already. The supplements you bought and quit halfway through. The melatonin. The herbal tea. The greens powder. The collagen tub that sits in the back of your cabinet because you stopped trusting it would work. The fitness tracker you bought hoping the data would tell you what was wrong, then stopped wearing because the data did not change anything.

If you are honest, that number is somewhere between $500 and $2,000 over the last two years. For most women who have read this far, it is closer to the high end.

Now think about what that money got you.

Not better sleep. Not less bloating. Not more energy. Not steadier mornings. Mostly, it got you another reason to feel jaded about an industry that promised to fix something it never actually understood.

And while that has been happening, the underlying problem has not been waiting. The Triple Drain has kept draining. Your body has kept feeling worse. The 3 a.m. wake-ups have kept happening. The bloating has kept showing up after meals. The face in the mirror has kept looking less alive than the version of you who lives in your head.

Another month of this costs more than the Total Foundation System does.

Not just in dollars. In time. In confidence. In how you feel in your own body. In whether you wake up tomorrow more like yourself or less like yourself.
