Subscription and Auto-Renewal Terms

These Subscription and Auto-Renewal Terms explain how the Evolution Supplements subscription works when you choose the Subscribe and Save option at checkout. They apply to any Foundation system product you buy as a recurring monthly subscription on evolutionsupplements.co. Please read them carefully. By starting a subscription, you agree to the recurring billing described below.

How the subscription works

Each Foundation tier is sold either as a one-time purchase or as a monthly Subscribe and Save subscription. When you choose Subscribe and Save, you are enrolling in an automatically recurring monthly subscription. Your subscription continues, and your card is charged each month, until you cancel.

Subscribe and Save gives you a lower monthly price than the one-time price (about 12 percent off). You stay enrolled at that monthly price for as long as your subscription remains active.

Monthly subscription prices

The recurring monthly price depends on the tier you choose. All prices are in US dollars:

• Foundation Starter: 79 dollars per month (the three core supplements). One-time price is 89 dollars.
• Foundation Plus: 89 dollars per month (Starter plus the Custom Foundation Shaker Bottle). One-time price is 99 dollars.
• Foundation Complete: 109 dollars per month (Plus the Digital Kitchen Scale). One-time price is 119 dollars.
• Total Foundation System: 129 dollars per month (everything, plus the Foundation Body Temperature Watch and digital bonuses). One-time price is 149 dollars.

The price you see and confirm at checkout is the price that applies to your subscription.

Founding-member pricing

The first 500 customers who subscribe to the Total Foundation System lock in 129 dollars per month for life. This is our founding-member rate.

After the first 500 founding-member spots are filled, prices rise 20 dollars a tier and the recurring price of the Total Foundation System moves to 149 dollars per month for new subscribers. Founding members keep their locked rate of 129 dollars per month for life, for as long as their subscription stays active and uninterrupted. If you cancel your founding-member subscription and later resubscribe, the founding-member rate may no longer be available and current pricing will apply.

Billing, renewal, and your renewal date

Your subscription is recurring and renews automatically every month until you cancel. Here is how billing works:

• First charge: You are charged for your first month at the time you place your order.
• Renewal charges: After that, you are charged automatically once a month on your renewal date. Your renewal date is the same calendar date each month, based on the date you started your subscription.
• Payment method: Each monthly charge is applied to the payment method on file in your account. Please keep it up to date so your subscription is not interrupted.
• Automatic renewal: Your subscription renews on its own each month. No action is needed from you to continue, and your supplements ship again with each renewal.

How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are two easy ways to do it:

• From your account dashboard: Log in to your account on evolutionsupplements.co, open your subscription, and select the option to cancel. This is the fastest way.
• By email: You can also email our customer service team at evolutionadmin@evolutionsupplements.co and ask us to cancel for you.

When you cancel, you will not be charged for any future months. Cancelling stops the next and all later renewals.

The deadline to cancel before your next charge

To avoid being charged for your next month, cancel before your renewal date. For example, if your renewal date is the 15th of the month, cancel before the 15th and you will not be billed for the upcoming month. If a renewal charge has already been processed, that charge stands, and your cancellation takes effect from the following month so you are not charged again.

Pause or skip a month

If you are not ready for your next shipment but do not want to cancel, you can pause or skip instead. For example, you can skip your next month so you are not charged or shipped that month, and your subscription then picks back up on the following renewal date. You can manage pause and skip options from your account dashboard, or email us at evolutionadmin@evolutionsupplements.co and we will help. To make sure a skip applies to your upcoming order, set it before your renewal date.

Renewal and price-change notices

We want billing to be clear and predictable, so there are no surprises:

• Order acknowledgment: When you start your subscription, we send you an order confirmation by email that restates these recurring terms, including your tier, your monthly price, your renewal schedule, and how to cancel.
• Renewal reminders: Around the time of each monthly renewal, you will receive communications related to your order, such as a charge confirmation and a shipping notification, so you always know when a renewal has happened.
• Price changes: If we ever change the recurring price that applies to your subscription, we will let you know in advance by email before the new price takes effect, so you have time to review, skip, or cancel if you wish. Founding-member rates that are locked for life are not changed in this way for as long as your subscription stays active.

Terms are disclosed at checkout

Before you enter your billing information and complete your purchase, the recurring nature of the subscription is clearly disclosed to you at checkout. This includes that the subscription is a recurring monthly charge, the amount you will be charged, how often you will be charged, and that it continues until you cancel. By completing checkout, you authorize these recurring monthly charges.

Shipping and renewals

Free US shipping is included with your subscription, and orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 days. Each monthly renewal ships your next supply automatically so you do not run out.
